You may make a request to cancel your order if your item(s) have not been shipped out. Contact us immediately using our contact form HERE and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent via USPS from our office in Hermosa Beach, CA. Your order will be sent within 2 business days after it has been placed.

Items purchased online from us, can be returned for a full refund or an exchange within 21 days of their original date of order minus shipping.

To return an item purchased from our online store for either a refund or an exchange, simply contact us with the following information:

– Order Number

– Name

– Billing address

– Shipping Address

– Please describe your issue with your product

– Please indicate what items you wish in exchange

Items must have all original tags attached, be unworn, and in the original new condition.

Please be sure to ship with a carrier that provides you with tracking information.

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once an item has been delivered to our returns facility, and may vary depending upon the credit card company that you used for the original purchase.

Typical turnaround times for exchanges, generally 2 weeks upon receipt of the item, may vary due to periods of high volume.

International Customers


All orders including overnight orders usually ship within 24 hours from the time the order is placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00pm PST ship the following Monday. To prevent delays in processing your order please make sure the billing address matches that associated with the credit card you are using.The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
